Ardant Ltd/WE Black Ltd will shortly be submitting a planning application to Oxford City Council for planning permission to develop student rooms on land off Osney Lane between the railway line and 18-41 Mill Street.
Full plans and details will be on display at Concerence Centre Oxford, Cantay House Park End Street on 23 February when the developers and their consultants will be on hand to discuss the proposals.
